Private Client Solicitor OR Chartered Legal Executive
Couchman Hanson is looking for an ambitious and motivated Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join our friendly, professional and established Private Client team and be part of a new office team based in Haslemere.
About You
You’ll already be a successful solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with at least 10 years’ experience, strong interpersonal skills and have experience in running a caseload independently, advising HNWs, enjoy networking and business development.
You’ll be comfortable advising in areas of Wills, Trusts, Probate, EPAs, LPAs, Deputyship and Administration of Estates. You will need to have experience of dealing with high net worth clients. STEP membership or working towards such would be a bonus here but this is not essential.
The Role
This will be a hands-on role where you will be involved in all aspects of Private Client and will work with excellent and experienced paralegal support.
This role offers a competitive salary to match the candidate’s experience.
Role is Full Time with remote working.
