Mike Brown
Commercial Property Solicitor
Mike is one of our consultant solicitors specialising in commercial property.
Mike has been practising for the last 10 years and spent his first 6 years in law as a cost litigator, which he loved but was ready to move into commercial property law.
Mike qualified as a solicitor in 2017, prior to this Mike was a CLSB regulated Costs Lawyer and a Chartered Legal Executive with CILEX. He attended the University of Brighton and completed the Legal Practice Course with BPP.
Like many of us, Mike was inspired by the long running TV series, Homes Under the Hammer, where his passion for the law around property development and renovation grew.
He loves working on complex development issues and estate set ups as it is rewarding to see the end result and work through projects with clients.
Mike is also studying to be a Tax Advisor, completing in 2020. This will enable him to support his clients and advise on personal tax, inheritance tax, trusts and all things tax related. With his tax knowledge, Mike also assists the Private Client department with the preparation of Wills and Trusts.
He is a father of 2 girls and is a keen Chelsea football fan, attending matches when possible and looking forward to taking his daughters to their first live game. You might also find him rock climbing or battling with the other Dads at soft play.
Mike genuinely cares about his clients and works hard to give them the best support he can.
