COVID-19: What we are doing

Couchman Hanson Solicitors is open for business as usual. Although our offices are not permanently manned, post will be collected regularly and our phone lines will continue to be answered as usual. If the person you need to speak to is unavailable, please leave a message and we will come back to you as soon as possible.
Our main email address enquiries@couchmanhanson.co.uk is monitored by several of our friendly team. Emails will be responded to as promptly as possible. If your matter is urgent, please telephone us on 01428 722189.
We appreciate that there will be some of you who require work to be completed as a matter of urgency. This might be because you are worried about your health, or the health and wellbeing of a loved one. Please rest assured that we are working as efficiently as we can. All work will be completed in a timely fashion, and special priority given to those most at risk.
We are set up to take meetings via video call or telephone. We can prepare Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney swiftly and arrange for all documents to be signed remotely. In exceptional circumstances, we will be able to offer home visits. Please call us with your requirements and we will do what we can to support you.
