Ayshea Kaa

Ayshea is based in the Crowthorne office and is the employment law team’s friendly and approachable Paralegal. Ayshea works closely with Emily Yeardley and Michelle Scott to support the firm’s employee and business clients with employment-related legal issues. Ayshea also ensures that the team operates efficiently and effectively enabling it to provide the best service to its clients.

Ayshea is a naturally empathetic and caring person, and originally studied in health and social care, but we are delighted that she chose to follow in her mother’s footsteps and embark on a career in the law. Ayshea appreciates that many clients are understandably concerned about contacting a solicitor, and that employment issues can be stressful for clients.  

Ayshea has previously worked in personal injury and immigration for large regional firms but fell in love with employment law.

When she is not working, Ayshea enjoys reading true crime novels and thrillers and going for long walks.
