Daniel Couchman is the Founder and Director and has more than 16 years’ experience in commercial litigation, employment and company commercial work, specialising in complex shareholder and directorial disputes. Prior to qualification Daniel worked for several years in Treasury and Banking and he has used that commercial experience to help hundreds of businesses, shareholders, directors, executives and employees.
